Once an order is placed, how long does it take to process the request and to ship it?

Thanks to our new Sales Department we can answer in just one working day (order confirmation or further information). You also need to value the shipping service. Our shipping partner ship all over Italy in 24 – 96 h. Please check with the Sales Department on the time necessary to ship the items in your area and, if you have specific requests, please specify it when you make the order so that we can ask for an express delivery.

You can download for free our items’ technical data from our web site. If the file is too heavy or you have difficulties to download it, please contact us at info@sisas.it and we will send them directly via e-mail.

Where can I ask for more detailed information about the items?

Every information about our items is in our technical data and you can download it from the web site. You can also ask for more detailed information calling our secretariat department and asking for an assistance  or sending an e-mail to info@sisas.it by completing the form with your data specifying the product you want to ask for.

How can I ask for information or technical assistance about electronic items?

How can I ask the prices and potential discounts?

Is it possible to purchase by phone?

Of course it is possible to order by phone, especially if it is the first order so it is easier to verify all the data. We recommend anyway to make an order via e-mail or fax, to reduce eventually misunderstanding about transcriptions or interpretation.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing good?

You must send an e-mail with the shipping details and pictures of the damaged goods. This will be send to the Customer Care department, which will analyze the problem  and will find a solution to it.

How can I send a request for assistance about shipped items (for example damaged items)?

It is possible to send a request for assistance:

  • E-mail with shipping details, if you haven’t received the shipped items
  • E-mail with attached pictures, if you received damaged items.

Every request will be analyzed by the Customer Care department, which will analyze the problem and will find a solution to it.
